Meet Attorney Kelli K. Satterly
Kelli K. Satterly is a senior associate attorney with The Law Office of Dawn Dell’Acqua, APC. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University, with a double major in Psychology and Criminal Justice. After graduation, Kelli moved to San Diego to attend Thomas Jefferson School of Law, where she graduated Cum Laude.
Kelli has practiced family law exclusively since passing the California Bar in 2005. She joined The Law Office of Dawn Dell’Acqua, APC, in 2016, where she has handled cases in every area of family law, including dissolution of marriage, legal separation, child custody and visitation, move-away requests, child and spousal support, domestic partnerships, pre-nuptial agreements, domestic violence restraining orders, and post-judgment modifications.
Kelli is a seasoned litigator and is highly accomplished in the courtroom, having successfully resolved hundreds of matters over the course of her professional career. Kelli is also a skilled negotiator who often achieves favorable resolutions via settlement so that her clients need not go through the stress and expense of a lengthy trial.
Kelli believes in giving every client the information they need about California family law and the legal process, explaining their options, and empowering them to make decisions. Her focus, always, is on each of her client’s individual needs and finding the most direct and effective way to achieve the desired outcome.
