Years of Family Law Experience and Training
During the years our San Diego lawyer, Dawn Dell'Acqua, has been practicing family law she has sought to gain the experience and skills necessary to be a truly effective family law attorney. In that pursuit, our attorney has become a Certified Family Law Specialist through the State Bar of California. Receiving that certification requires years of experience, passing a rigorous examination and the approval of one's legal peers regarding the quality of representation you provide to your clients.
Our attorney has also acted as a "Pro Tem" Judge for the San Diego courts. That position allowed for the acquisition of a great deal of experience with family law mediation. Mediation is a powerful tool in the family law setting and can help create solutions that are cost effective and beneficial in a number of ways.
For years our lawyer worked as a lead attorney for the County of San Diego, District Attorney's Office Bureau of Child Support Enforcement (now known as The Department of Child Support Services). This experience gives us greater insight into the key issues in paternity and child support disputes.
